The “austrian” city on the Adriatic is developing into a new, open-minded tourist destination. With new urban planning and tourism concepts, the city clearly differentiates itself from the usual Italian seaside resorts on the Adriatic. The oliver massabni archirecture is developing several projects in that city. Right in the heart of Trieste, in Borgo Teresiano, two new residential projects are being built in historic city palaces. The implementation, which mainly focuses on ecological sustainability, sets new standards in the Italian market. a2 architecture is planning the renovations and is responsible for the conception. Completions are planned for spring 2021 and 2022.
