„Visitor’s center for wine, culinary arts, and indulgence.“

Together with the brothers Polz we developed the idea to design a trendy tourist experience in which regional culinary manufacturers and their products are put on display. This new “world of indulgence” is distinctly Styrian and acts as a junction for all regional culinary operations.

The shopping experience is divided into two parts: An independent exhibition, in which the manufacturers present their products, and an affiliated market.

As project manager and general contractor, it was critical for us to assemble the perfect team. The project required close adherence to the values we set forth and a regionally oriented philosophy in order to be correctly implemented. The project serves as a central thematic point in the region, serving to strengthen the tourism industry in Styria.  The urban guest is offered an alternative type of access to nature and its products.
