In the Sonnenstraße 2, in the center of Munich,  a minimalist lean luxury hotel developed by a2 architecture opened in 2016.

9 m2 rooms which offer everything that a modern city guest needs. Space is the new challenge for a future-oriented hospitality.

Here the guests check-in via phone or internet. The staff can be met only during rush hours. The reduced staff-costs are reflected in a lower room rate and in an increased profitability for the operator at the same time.

Through the internal contribution of the guests (self-check in, coffee machine in the room) operational fix costs are reduced.
The guests are rewarded with a cozy architecture, friendly and bright rooms and spectacular view of the Stachus and the Frauenkirche.
Since the opening in 2016 the hotel is practically fully booked.
