In the historical building of „La Stafa“ tower in Vienna we planed a hotel representing a very special class. The 186 rooms are obtained through the optimal use of the former office areas and a lifestyle-oriented hotel with an exciting floor and room plan.The overall concept foresaw small business rooms as well as smart double rooms, spacious family rooms and rooms with terrace. Highlight is the urban gastronomy on the fifth floor.

The hotel is definitely an asset for Vienna and a pleasure for operators and guests.

Thanks to the good cooperation with the investors, we have succeeded to implement a sustainable planning, obtaining the Platinum LEED certification for the entire building.
