On the Macedonian shore of Ohrid Lake, near the historic town of Ohrid, we developed a sophisticated “boutique” resort for an investor from Skopje, which sets new standards for the region. A luxury hotel, furnished residences, an upscale restaurant, and seminar and event spaces have been designed and distributed between a main building and various residences on a lakeside property. The spectacular spa and wellness area are intended to be the headliner of the complex. We worked out and designed an economically sustainable concept according to European standards for holiday homes of the luxury class.
